In 1988, Philippe Robillard founded Pousse-menu, an urban farm in Montreal and a pioneer of organic food in Québec. Built on eco-friendly principles, the farm promoted the benefits of living foods and quickly became a model for sustainable, high-quality production.
In 2024, Ian Routhier and Myriam Huzel joined the adventure, bringing fresh energy and a new name: Hypernature. The mission stays the same: food that’s good for you and good for the planet, with an extra dose of fun.
Today, Hypernature proudly nourishes Québec with microgreens, salads, dressings and crackers, all made on-site, with care.
